OFFICE HOURS: MONDAY through
THURSDAY 8:00 a.m.-----
6:00 p.m. APPOINTMENTS: To make an
appointment, please call us at 919-693-1082 during office hours. Inform us of the reason for
your visit or the nature of your illness so we can schedule ample amount
of time with you. All office visits are by appointment, but
if you have an urgent problem that requires immediate
attention, we will see you the same day if at all possible.
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for each visit so that Amy and Kelly can complete your records. At your first visit, bring
your medical insurance card, Social Security card, and any important
medical records. AFTER HOURS AND EMERGENCIES:
On Weekends, and after 6pm on weekdays a paging service is available. Call Granville Medical Center at 919-693-3000 and have the provider on call paged. If you do not receive a call with-in 30 minutes... Please call again!
